This month I had the pleasure to focus on one of our long standing clients. Jessica Borneman, who has been with Dusty Ducts for 2 years, is always cheerful and bringing a smile to all of our faces with her wonderful personality. Her number one goal as a Marketing/Sales Reps for Dusty Ducts is to save her clients money as well as offering them high quality of service and products. I really enjoyed my conversation with Jessica who was full of enthusiasm and laughter as she answered the questions about CRT and our products. Nena: How long have you been using our products?
Jessica: For the 2 years I have been working at Dusty Ducts. I am not sure about the amount of time before that, but I do know it has been awhile.

Nena: What makes you want to use our products in your business?
Jessica: Because they work: easy to apply and effective.
Nena: How do you feel CRT products increase the value of service to your clients?
Jessica: The great price. Provides my clients with a service that is cost effective and works.
Nena: What is your favorite CRT product & why?
Jessica: Pancrete. It is easy to sale. The cost efficiency of applying Pancrete instead of replacing a unit/pan saves our clients a substantial amount of money. It has an easy technique to the application and is easy to apply. Pancrete works all the time.
Nena: What tips do you have for using Pancrete?
Jessica: Always use V-570. It is really easy to use. Measuring the drain pans is usually the hardest part. Also, the buckets seem to get really hot when the pancrete is mixed in them. I was surprised at how hot it got. Sometimes we use different kinds of buckets for the mixture.
Nena: How do you go about presenting the benefits of CRT products to your clients?
Jessica: A presentation with before and after pictures is all I have to do. It is that easy to see how well it works.
Nena: Which job that you completed with CRT products are you most proud of? Why?
Jessica: Spotsylvania Elementary School in Northern VA. We did multiple drain pans. They turned out great saving the school tons of money during renovation.
Nena: Overall how would you rate CRT’s products and service? 1 lowest 10 highest
Jessica: 10, the service has always been excellent. The products work.
Nena: What was the craziest type of application you have ever had using CRT products?
Jessica: We recently had a job in Charlotte, NC. We didn’t measure the drain pans correctly because they had a top and bottom level to them. We kept pouring and pouring trying to fill the pan all the while it was wasting a lot of Pancrete. We realized with the second pan to take scrap medal and level it out before pouring in the pancrete.
Nena: Last but not least, what is your favorite part about CRT?
Jessica: Calling in and talking all of you at CRT. The CRT staff is always willing to help out. Very cheerful and one of my favorite company’s to deal with.
