Our friends over at Mike’s Heating & Cooling recently shared an awesome post by Plant Engineering on Five Tips to Make HVAC Maintenance More Effective. According to Plant Engineering, “Preventive maintenance is key to keeping HVAC systems running effectively and efficiently.”

We also love their advice on how to clean HVAC coils: don’t use pressure washers!

Why? They can damage the fins on the coil, which can cause you to spend more money to repair them.

Check out their blog post and let us know what you think! 🙂

This month, we’re talking about air conditioning coils, tips and info on how your HVAC can benefit from cleaner coils: more energy efficiency, better air quality and more! Stay tuned for more, and don’t forget – we want to hear YOUR coil cleaning questions and advice.

Tell us how YOU clean coils and what problems you’ve seen with A/C coils.
