Recently, I was put into a new position that I knew little about. Was it challenging, yes! Is it still a challenge, yes! Was I up for the challenge, OH YES!

I have been with CRT for the past 4 years and have been in a couple different positions, however, this one has been the hardest of them all. I am so thankful for the training, and patience given by my peers and President of the company. I am among some of the most influential, intelligent people in this field, as I know I will continue to grow in my field of work. We all need to know that we didn’t get where we are alone. We all have to depend on others for support, an encouraging words, teaching, and accountability. I have all of that and more here.

Being the people person that I am, helped me to connect with my clients on a more personable level. By the way, my clients make my job the best ever. I just have a love for people and want to help as best I can.

Anyone whom is starting a new chapter in your field of work, life, etc, do your best. An unknown author said,” Challenges make you more responsible. Always remember that life without struggle is a life without success. Don’t give up and learn not to quit.”

Share your stories, and challenges. I would love to hear them.
