How do you do this? Simply skip that extra cup of coffee and call Bob over at Chevrolet to see what he needs today. Ignore your long list of to-do’s and send Sally at Applebee’s a Thank You card for being such an awesome restaurant manager. When Gary at HVAC Plus calls to request a ship date, let him hear you smiling as you give him the ship date as well as the tracking information and the estimated delivery date. Go the extra mile with all communications, and show you truly care.
