When did you last update your employee handbook? Small changes you make should be written and published at least once a year as an updated handbook.

At CRT we have written “ground rules,” and when a new employee is hired, we get the group together and go over them again. These ground rules include not changing passwords, not moving files, etc. These are things that may not otherwise be covered during normal training.
