kdEvery week, I receive at least one call that starts, “Okay, now this may sound stupid, but…” CRT has Do-It-Yourself products, not Do-It-Yourself-and-Good-Luck-Figuring-It-Out products. So my tip this week is, “When in doubt, ask!”

While there are no stupid questions, some do require additional expertise. But not to fear, that is why we have a Technical Advisor on staff to answer any complicated application or product attribute questions. And as a bonus, that same technical advisor is CRT President Lynn Burkhart, so you can be assured the answer is correct.

So if you don’t ask questions, how will you ever know? Never assume, always ask.

To show we are serious, call us January 2 – 4, 2013 and mention this blog when asking any product related question. As a reward, receive 10% off the price you pay (regardless of discount amount) of any Algae Guard, PanGuard or Cooler Guard products. Thanks, and have a Happy New Year!
