This month one of our clients, Bill Spinnler of Industrial Power Clean, restored an old McQuay Unit. Upon initial inspection, he described the unit as having dirty, torn and tattered insulation – a big headache to most contractors.

However, he simply vacuumed off the surface and painted it with FLEX SEAL. He was happy to report that Flex Seal did the job, and was so proud of how things turned out he forwarded us some pictures.

When I got them I asked what he used to spray the Flex Seal with, but he said he rolled and brushed it. Wow, I can’t even see any rolled marks, can you? Great job Bill! As always, if you have pictures of a recent HVAC project you are proud of, send them my way and we’ll let everyone know about it. Also if you want to comment on Bill’s work, please leave a message below.
